Refund Policy

At Mind Company, we are committed to providing quality mental health services and ensuring a positive experience for all our users. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services or need to request a refund, please read the following policy carefully.

Discovery Session Fees

The INR 200 discovery session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of evaluating the client’s needs and assigning the appropriate mental health professional.

Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for the INR 5,000 monthly subscription will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of the subscription start date, provided no sessions have been attended. If any sessions have been completed, refunds will not be issued.
  • Partial Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with the services after attending a session, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on unused sessions, minus any administrative fees. Please contact us to review your case.

Course and Internship Fees

  • Refunds for mental health courses or internships will be considered if requested within 5 days of purchase, and if the course or internship has not yet started.
  • Once a course or internship begins, fees are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations, such as health emergencies or significant service disruptions, we may consider refunds outside the normal refund window. These situations will be reviewed individually, and refunds, if granted, will be at the discretion of Mind Company.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

No Refund for Completed Services

Once services (such as counseling sessions or courses) are fully delivered, no refunds will be issued.
